Rules

Do not automatically assign safety priorities, deadlines or closure from the worksheet.
'Verified closed' requires the appropriate person's recorded review and evidence; it is not the worksheet's certification.
Record missed access and the next attempt separately from completion.
Preserve the original finding when recording a later resolution.
Avoid resident health details or unnecessary personal data.
Use the appropriate escalation process for urgent concerns; do not wait for a newsletter cycle.
